Tutorial 1:

First introduction to the data analysis system. This tutorial covers the many types of measurements, adjusting the background, an introduction to morphological analysis, exporting photos, and other information to get you started.


Tutorial 2:

This tutorial will show you how to mask your plant images using a variety of methods. Masking is used to minimize picture noise and produce clear images for your analysis.


Tutorial 3:

This tutorial will show you how to stretch your photos to clearly see the Fv/Fm parameters. You may improve the intensity of your photos by stretching them. It won't change the data, but it will help you see the images more clearly.


Tutorial 4:

This tutorial explains how to use classes to assess your different parameters. Classes can be changed according to your own preferences and can help visualize certain areas by using indicating colours.


Tutorial 5:

This tutorial explains the morphological analysis in depth and shows you how to use the region of interests. This is specifically useful when there are multiple plants in an image, for example in sowing trays.


Tutorial 6:

This tutorial explains how to log the data. It is possible to select the data you are interested in and link these to images as well.
